I have 2x rooms that the ceilings are sagging I require both of these repaired as soon as possible. Removed these sheets and re-do ceilings They have been boarded by the insurance company but they won't cover it as it's wear and tear being an old house. There are 4 or 5 hand-size holes in stud/drywall walls to repair (I have the repair sheet ready to go). Paint the interior of the empty house in a basic flat white. (it's already white, so not many coats needed, except one 2.5m feature wall that is green and we want that repainted white too). Includes ceilings to the bed, bath and hall but NOT the main living area (main living area is cathedral/vaulted and not required) Don't paint over timber beams, doors and frames (they are stained) Supply paint or tell me how much you need and I'll buy it from Bunnings. I would like to have my colour bond fencing painted to a more modern colour. I have already purchased the paint required. I can supply a small hand held spray gun. Their is approx 25m of fencing. The fencing will be high pressure cleaned prior so only painting required. Job will be ready to start next Monday ( 4th April )
