This job involves preparing and re-oiling our outdoor seating, cladding and joinery. The timber is vitex. The coating is a Zobel oil - which I will provide. This product is painted on and then excess is wiped off after circa 20 mins. This process has been done a few times since we installed the timber. It requires a light sand, any prep work and then a re-coating using a brush, followed by wipe down. I have done it myself in the past and it’s a relatively quick process (it took me around 2 hours to do all the seating and joinery last time). Please note some of the timber is showing darkened areas and damage due to lack of oil. I’m looking for someone who is experienced at treating outdoor timber/knows how to prep it for the oil. Any pre-treatment products needed to prepare the timber will need to be supplied by you and included in the price, thanks.

I need a good painter for a two-part painting project on an exterior wall of a two-story building, with work to commence as soon as possible. Specifically: Rendered Section & Lintels Painting Securely Sikaflex and fill all gaps and cracks in the render on the upper level. Prepare surfaces above upstairs steel windows for painting, up to a height of approximately 7 meters. Apply a preparatory coat and three coats of Murobond Murowash in Corsica colour to match the already completed lower level (see photo for reference).
