I am looking for someone to do basic wainscoting in our two bedroom apartment. Come today and provide me quote.

We have approx. 1000 small brackets to peel protective layer off and clean edges. Simple job in our factory and you’ll be fully supervised. Should take approx. 2 days.

Painting / Sanding / Staining the following: (paint and stain supplied by me) - Painting x3 external cement sheet walls (5m x 2.4m) need nail holes sanded, and then walls painted. - Sanding and staining (inside plywood) internal walls x 3. - Painting Front double door (inside and out). - Painting Internal double door and single door (inside and out). See pictures for description details. Need a quality job done very well rather than a cheap job. This is our home not a rental turnover or flip job.

I have one verandah 11m x 1m and one deck 7m x 1.5m approx that need sanding so they can be coated with varnish. The verandah just needs an orbital maintainence sand, it’s in good condition. Maybe a bit of hand sanding around the edges. The deck needs a stronger effort but is less visible as it’s at the back of the house.

4 x 4 m bedroom needs a paint. Paint will be supplied. Must be a professional painter with experience. I am changing from dark green to white, so I need two coats in one day. If it needs more, a third coat will be a separate task. Does not include the ceiling.

Prep walls for painting which had wallpaper in unit before floors are sanded on Wed 17th. Need to start tomorrow and finish Tuesday. I’ve included a couple of close-ups of the worst couple of walls most are in much better condition. Two bedrooms are newly carpeted and need to be well protected.

Need fresh paint for the kitchen including ceiling and trims etc. Not a heap area to paint in it. There is also no door. Painter to supply paint too, have some that you can colour match. Approx 3m x 3m

We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

I have a crack between the plasterboard sheets in my ceiling

Attempted to patch wall using starter kit from Bunnings and made a mess of it! Looking for someone to help fix up the botch job - no need to paint after, just smooth the walls please!

I have two interior doors to be painted . One is a new door .The other is a sliding door that MAY need to be sanded first Both doors to be painted with a white paint (as the rest of the interior doors) We have the paint, which is a low sheen….happy to chat about a gloss instead

Removed a shelf from the wall and would like to patch up, sand (including the strip of wall we patched ourselves) and paint (using a colour paint we’ll buy - but may need advice on how much to buy). Wall Dimensions (1 wall) in Dark Green H = 220cm W = 195cm 1 x Small side joining wall (white - matched) W = 80cm

Have 1 room 4 walls to be painted - Plus ceiling - ceiling is 4.2m height Room size is 7.44m long x 3.44m wide x 4.32mm Walls to be white and ceiling. It’s a blank canvas so plenty of room to move around. Fill any small holes (nothing major only a couple little ones to fill with putty etc)

Need someone to fix and provide the quad mold fillet shown in the photo. Need to match the colour.

Need ceiling and shaft painted where these skylights have been installed. Hopefully don’t have to do the entire room to blend it in, it’s still pretty bright, relatively new home. The paint on the spec sheet is boutique builders white. Boutique was the builder. They said get solver maxi ceiling flat from paint spot to match
