Patch roughly 150mm high skirting areas within wardrobe carcass as necessary (exg is masonry and render) and paint throughout wardrobe carcass. Ceiling height is 2700. 2 wardrobes need to be done. Please allow for sufficient paint - Dulux lexicon quarter, and any other materials required for prep, patching, painting or otherwise. Assume 2 coats of paint necessary. All work is within the wardrobes - no external work required. Flooring will be replaced separately - floors are not in scope.

Need new and some varnished beading on skirting boards painted white. Refresh woodwork that has scrapes chips, especially one long paint crack on door jamb. Kitchen, bathroom and 2 bed ceilings need painting including inside 2 built in robes.

Old fancy cornice needs to have remedial plasterwork on one ceiling wall. The whole wall needs to be scraped back patched and repainted with white waterproof paint (inc cornice). Apply one coat clear Cutek CD50 to the areas photographed including window sills. (Anytime in next month is fine) No sanding required - only brushing prior to single application. Can be applied with a sponge. Must bring all equipment. Ladders + extension poles with applicators. It usually takes one person 3/4 of a day. Simply remove joinery in pictures, 1 x fireplace setting, 1 x bathroom cabinet and all skirting around my floorboards then lightly sand back - nothing major just so the major bumps are gone and ready for next tradesperson. My painter will do the more detailed sanding. Qualified tradies who are looking for side gig or further joinery work will take preference. Thank you - Rubbish removal not required.
