Need plasterer / painter . Needs to patch and paint hole as best as they can! It’s a cut from plaster saw - aprox 250mm all up. Easy work

Need a painter to paint a cavity slider door in Doncaster. Paint is onsite. would require a roller as it's an acratex finished. 15MM nap

We need a professional caulker to come and caulk some rooms and basins in our freshly painted and refurbished property in Doncaster as we prepare it for sale. 3 or 4 rooms and 2 or 3 basins. Would be less than a half days work for a pro and am happy to supply all the materials. Can be as early or as late as you like as the property is vacant, clean and unfurnished ready to go!

Remove and fully strip and sand old varnish to bare timber in kitchen, ensuite and bathroom, and varnish with 3 coats of oil based varnish. Obviously where timber has gone grey will need to be sanded or treated accordingly to ensure a nice finish. There is another post for the same job, but to only sand and paint as I'm trying to see which way to go depending on budget. My budget is a wild guess so please ignore. Price for a quality job

Clean and sand doors and fixed panels including kickers in kitchen, ensuite and bathroom, and recoat with 2 coats of oil based varnish. There is another ad to remove and fully strip doors of you are interested. Ignore budget as I have no idea what this work is worth.

14 large windows require wood repair, sealant and paint to prevent any leaks. Mostly a clean and undercoat and top coat to seal against the window, however there is a couple of sections which may need filling and more serious repair. - Due date: Flexible
