Please respond only if you have capacity to complete this job next week on 28 February, 29 February, 1 March, or 2-3 March (weekend). Skirting boards were removed so that floorboards could be installed. Wanting to reuse the existing skirting boards in 2 bedrooms (bedroom area is around 9 to 10 metres square). They are in fair condition, some sections have nails. Am fine to supply caulk if you let me know what product to purchase. Only requiring caulking for gap btwn skirting board and wall. Walls are brick. Open to reasonable offers.

Please do not consider this unprofessional painter. It is waste of money. I hired him to paint the walls to cover tape marks that tape hooks had left on the walls. He left the walls patchy and discoloured, obviously did not colour match properly, demanded money regardless of making the walls look worse and destroying my chance of getting back the bond. Paid 237 dollars for this destruction. He left the sink messy with paint spills. Do not hire.
