Paint a tired house in Cessnock inside and out. House includes; 3 bedrooms, 1 living, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry, 1 bathroom ,1 hallway, 1 little dining, 5 internal doors , 2 front/back doors. External cladding needs painting and architraves around windows including 3 awnings over windows. Main external cladding Colour will be a dark grey with white trims. Must use external UV weatherproof paint. Front porch. Paving paint the flooring of the front porch a mid grey colour . Also paint under eaves and cross beams white. Internal: To include prepping all surfaces, filling, sanding, and painting 2 coats. Internal is already a white colour and will repaint a fresh white colour. To paint all internal walls and ceilings, skirts, windows … the LOT. Wanting a fresh lick of paint on the entire house. No drop sheets required as i will be replacing all carpets internally. Also, house is vacant so no need to pack up each day, paints and materials can be left onsite throughout duration of job saving time in setup/cleanup.
