6 rooms & Hallway. Tall 3.6m ceilings. Scrub walls and ceiling with sugar soap for preparation before plastering. Ceilings are very high 3.6 metres. 6 rooms (3 m x 3m) The kitchen room has thick cooking oil grease on ceiling , cigarette stain and walls and the bathroom ceiling has mould. The other 5 rooms and hallway heavy dirt over decades. See photos.,

Paint chipped on the wall from contact with the curtain rod which needs patching up and a coat of white paint. I've put putty over the top already but it's not perfect. Overall the surface isn't bigger than 20cm by 8cm (roughly the size of my hand) Quote including cost of paint (a test tub will be enough)

Fully sand back and re-stain (in a lighter colour) a 1.2m x 2.4m solid dining table. Can provide space in our garage for you to do the work there over a few days or as required.

We have 15 lineal metres of cornice and a small ceiling rose requiring painting in a deeper colour, as currently too close to colour of the walls. The burgundy cove inside the cornice is OK and does not need repainting . The desk also has general marks. The wood needs to be painted and treated. Our health clinic requires a durable finish that can withstand up to ten daily cleanings with chemical cleaners.
