Find an experienced local painter in Thirroul

Looking for a labourer for a sanding job of 1.5 wooden beam (about 6 meters long) in our ceiling (3.6 meters high) in our house in Thirroul. Probably one days work. Must have big ladder and tools 😊

Prepare and paint a bedroom and rumpus approximately 20 linear m of walls over 6 walls ( other walls are rendered and not to be painted). Numerous nail holes to fill. Inside a cupboard also. One wall is currently dark grey & and red pillar. Colour required is Antique White USA low sheen. Please supply paint. No architraves to be painted.

We need touch ups done to: - the skirting boards in 3 rooms - some skirting boards near stairs - ceiling to be sanded back in parts where we have gyprocked over it - door frame to be touched up with neater paint - skirting board (1m long) coming off and needing to be put back and fixed/painted - filling in a small hole in the wood on a windowsill - painting / plaster on one corner of ceiling cornicing to be sanded / painted fixed - bubbles on a 30cm section (squared) of painted wall (see pic) All small jobs in isolation, just lots of them. The work needs to completely remove evidence of damage so it is more than a simple paint job - sanding, filling, plaster in small parts, painting etc. Pictures available - 41 areas needing small touch ups. I have a heavy bookshelf/divider that is covered with thick acrylic paint. It is stored in a garage townhouse. I would like to get it sanded down to at least a distressed state with only vestiges of paint left. The sanding could be done in the communal driveway or taken off-site.
