I have a shop that that needs painting. Ceiling already white but some some fresh gyprock and patched gyprock approx 4sqm total area about 55sqm. Walls are already white but will need to be repainted to make it feel new approx 15sqm of white low sheen. Rear wall is new gyprock so will need about 5sqm of white low sheen. There’s some cracks and missing render on the left side wall that we need patched / filled with some render. The top of the wall also needs to be made level ( about 2m x 20cm x2 sides of the carport ). It’s not a massive job - just needs to be ready for painting. It’s an old house… it’s not going to be a perfect finish.
