There are several areas on wall and ceiling that need to be spot painted, where old paint was peeling off, had dent/crack or water marks. Not asking to repaint the whole wall/room. See pic below.

Deck sanding and oil need

I need 13 window frames sanded, primed and than two coats of spray paint applied to them. You will need a ladder to do 5-6 of those frames. I will supply all paint and masking tape and any other consumables requires to complete the job. I’m after a good quality job. Not a rush rush one please. Open to offers. I have inserted a price for website functionality purposes.

Small study to be painted. Room is approx 2.6m x 3m with 2.7m high walls. Need all walls, skirting, ceiling, window trim and door and door trim to be painted two coats. Will supply paint but will need someone with all the tools. Will need some surface prep as there a few small holes in the wall from nails for picture hanging.

I have a triple garage and I need the bare concrete floor grinding down and there are a few hairline cracks which will be filling before grinding. There are a few paint marks which which need scraping of with a scraper as well. I will be expecting the garage floor and garage walls to be cleaned off all dust afterwards as well. I want to prepare the floor for a expoxy coating system.

Hi, I need my 2 garage doors sanded and two coats of paint to be applied with a spray gun. I’m after a good tidy job, not a rushed one. I’ll be expecting the surrounding area to be covered so there are minimal spray marks on the surroundings. I’ll be expecting at least a hour and half of dry time in between coats. The edges of the doors will have to be done by opening the doors and getting a step ladder and spraying them when they are open. It’s a double garage with a smaller single garage attached to it. I’m after quotes so have only posted 5 dollars as the budget price.

Patch and paint some minor scuffs and movement cracks in the walls. There are 10 areas, some not in the photos since can only upload 5 here. Hoping these can all be done on the same day. I don’t have the paint but I will pay this if you can supply. Also apply silicon seal to a small area in bathroom and external wall. Only small amount needed.
