Find an experienced local painter in Strathmore

My unit is relatively empty currently. Before bringing furniture in I need the front door sealed as it rattles and lets the weather in. All other windows seem to be poorly sealed and caulked also. I don’t quite know what needs to be done, but sealing is needed as dirt and dust comes in.

I need about a days worth of painting, some render around a garage, 2 garage doors, a few posts, handrails and some other bits a pieces. Two coats on some areas but if one coat covers then am happy with that. I have the paint on site, everything can be accessed with a 6foot ladder.

Two internal doors have been damaged whilst removing child locks, as you can see in the images. They needed to be sanded back, filled and repainted to the damaged spots. I have the paint for it, but byo other materials. May require two visits - one to sand back and fill, the other to repaint. Need it done asap as handing over the property to a new owner.

6x white top grain leather chairs are structurally sound but some white stains have gone away from years of use (no scratches) and others have had paint accidentally stuck to surface.
