Find an experienced local painter in Springfield

There is an exterior garden set of wooden gates with two vertical poles painted and the rest stained. I would like 1) the gates patched 2) gates made to open and close more easily (they stick a little) 3) the 2 poles repainted 4) the remaining gate wood pictured in the photos (approx 3.5m across and max height 2.7m) restained (so that includes the two small shelves too). I'll be there next weekend (Friday Apr 26 to 28), but otherwise my parents will be available too. This is a job I'd like to pay for to help my pensioner parents as they're not able to look after their home :(...

Crack to the right above exterior window needing to be repaired on exterior wall. Water currently getting through causing staining on timbers. Accessibility for wall is tight and high up on wall, which is the reason for needing help and not tackling myself Height from ground to crack approx 5m. With approx 1m to boundary fence. Possibly accessible via roof above.

Need a qualified and professional painter to do painting on select exterior parts (cream and green colours as in photo) of the house. Basically the parts facing the street only. House is on sloping block rising from front to back. Free during weekdays before December. Must have own equipment.

I tried to patch three holes, two in the ceiling and one on the wall, and I don’t think I’ve done a great job so I need a carpenter, plasterer or someone who knows what they’re doing to come and help. I can paint afterwards. We’re in Springfield on the Central Coast need done by fri 1/10

We are needing 3 walls (one is brick) and the roof painted in our garage. It would need an under coat plus then 2 coats of paint. We will supply all paint needed.

Small bathroom ceiling and walls to be sanded back and repainted with 2 coats. Ceiling is badly pealing, needs to be scraped and sanded back. Walls also need sanding in some areas. Paint supplied

I have just had three 550 wide x 1400 long x 230 high skylights installed on a shallow pitched roof - low side is 2.3m high and high side is 3m high. There are a few small patches where lights have been moved - everything has been plastered & sanded and is ready for undercoating and painting. The part with skylights needs undercoat and one ceiling coat - approx 12sqm then the whole ceiling (40sqm inc skylights) needs 1 topcoat. Paints, rollers, brushes supplied
