Hi, we are moving out. A few walls of the apartment needs a 1 coat repaint (4 walls and 1 roof). 1 shower floor to be regrout. Apartment will be emptied before this Sunday before painting and shower grout required. I don't have the paint.

I have two small jobs: 1/ External wall. about 1.6 x 3 meters. Weather board. You can see it in the photos at the top of the stairs. This needs to be sanded back. The builder did a bad job and most of the weatherboard ends have open cracks that need to be sealed with quality filler, sanded back and then painted. White. There is a small window 40cm x 100cm that will also need to be sanded and painted. Charcoal. 2/ We have a waist-high wall running up one flight of external stairs. This has been rendered but to fix a leak a render has been patched. Ideally, I want to get the patch to look as close as possible to the original render - probably with a big fluffy roller that will leave a texture similar to the render. This wall is a light charcoal. Ideally, if you can do this while I am on-site Monday 27 Nov, that would be a bonus. Only qualified painters with great reviews and a high completion rate, please.
