Recently purchased house needs a freshen up before being placed on the rental market. Walls are generally in good condition minus a few minor repairs. Painting required includes all walls, ceilings, skirting, door and window frames. The place is unfinished. The walls do have a smoke damage though due to a dirty smoker who previously owned the property. Because of this I think an undercoat x2 will be required before base and finishing quote.
