Interior painting job to be done

We have 20 ceiling beams to paint. They are currently brown and we need them to be white. They require 3 coats of paint but no prep work. The pine lining boards on the ceiling are not being painted. Also the wall along one side of the house with the 3 window sills, as pictured. All to be updated white. Very little prep work. Paint provided. Start ASAP. House is furnished and won’t be empty.
