Find an experienced local painter in Richmond

We’re moving out of our apartment, and need help with minor wall repairs from picture frame hooks and tv mounts. Looking for someone to fill in a few holes and touch up with paint. One area has a small chip of plaster too which will require filling. Approx 1-2 hours work total. We are moving out on Monday 15th so ideally need help over the weekend.

Repaint 1 internal wall, 2 litres of paint

We require someone to repair the render where our decals have been removed from the wall. The wall then needs to be re-painted. I have the sample pot of the colour required.

Patch the plaster and paint, small dints in plaster at 6 small areas mainly corners.

We have some concrete pillars of our building that need to be painted white. Currently they are grey. Also the bottom edge of the concrete wall needs to be white

I need a professional painter to come and sand followed by painting of the front fasade of my home. Please not that this will require a large ladder as the fasade is relatively elevated. Paint bedroom (approx 3.5 x 3.5 )and main living area (approx 7.5 x 5.5 which includes kitchen) plus roof of this area in one bedroom apartment. Colour we would like is Lexicon Quarter low sheen for walls plus ceiling white for roof. Apartment will be empty as we pick up keys on December 21 but would like it completed before Christmas. Walls are already white and should have had an end of lease clean so cleaning should be minimal. There is one feature wall which is a darker colour which may need undercoat. Need an experienced painter to clean, prep and paint/stain outdoor features. The job has three parts - I have included photos with markings to simplify the quote A (red) - need to prep and paint the fence(on both sides) and shed. I have some new shelves. Id like them painted (sealing edges, sand, undercoat, sand, 2x top coat) in matte white. I made a mistake when designing them, if you are handy and can remove them from the wall, move a shelf down and add a shelf, and put them back on the wall, please also include quote for that! - Due date: Before Friday, 1 December 2023
