Looking for 8 doors and door frames painted + laundry room + bedroom ceiling + 4 cupboard doors

Initially, we would lk our lounge/dining area painted.

Want to render the living room. On 3 side walls. Attached pics

Spray paint kitchen cabinets and tiles

4.65 x 3.9 dimensions, high ceilings, ornate cornices, fireplace, book cases. Paint around dog mural. Roof and walls. Some patching and prep needed. Sanding machine required to manage dust. Will need to help move furniture.

We have 2 whiteboards painted on our wall - each approx 1.5m x1.5m. They need re-painting. To do this we need: - both hand sanded to create rough surface (previous whiteboard paint is slippery) - clean and dry the surface properly - paint a coat of primer - wait for it to dry as per instructions - coat of whiteboard paint - wait for it to dry - second coat of whiteboard paint This may be done over over 2 visits / days. Our outdoor dining table has been exposed to the weather for 4 years now and needs to be sanded and re-stained as its current stain goes off with just a wipe. The table top is teak and the legs are powder coated aluminium. 240 cm long by 110 cm wide. It's on a large balcony with power and water access, and the area is in the shade (Vergola). Not being knowledgeable in this type of work, I would prefer if the air tasker could suggest a good stain product to match the table's colour as well as perform the work. - Due date: Flexible

Put 2 x coats of decking oil (we will supply oil) on timber deck of 7 m x 4 m. Easy job. No steps. - Due date: Flexible

The skylight was leaking but has been repaired. I need someone to fix the damage inside and paint it to match the rest of the ceiling (I think it is just a standard ceiling white colour, was painted a couple of years ago). It is easily accessible, just above normal ceiling height. - Due date: Flexible

Small deck needs a light sand and 2 - 3 coats of a transparent sealer. I can supply the sealer (prefer intergrain clear). Deck measures approx 4.5m x 2.5m. Neat job required, clean up after. - Due date: Before Friday, 19 May 2023
