A separate area closed off, has open windows - louvres, Mould is present on ceiling, cornice and windows, walls need mould treatment. Requiring window sealant to be applied using a sealant gun to tops of two windows. Window 1 is 10. metres long @ 2.7m height. Window 2 is 10 metres long @ 5.4 m height. You will need a high reach ladder to get access to both windows. Window sealant & sealant gun will be supplied. Labour only required.

I live in an old rented house.. it isn't in great condition but we do what we can as tenants. I have been away for a few days while the rain was happening and have come home and the house is mouldy like I haven't seen before. It is on the ceiling and the walls in a bedroom, lounge & dining rooms plus bathroom and toilet. We have a wooden set that needs painting in Springfield. Will confirm paint colour but all equipment including drop sheets, rollers, brushes etc must be provided. Set is modular. Total floor size of the project is 6000mm x 4300mm but each piece is no longer than 2000mm Date: either Tuesday 9th or Wednesday 10th Nov

I just have 3 interior feature alcoves/cutouts that are currently painted blue and I need them painted black. 2 of the alcoves are 85x35mm and the larger one is 135x135cm. It will require precision painting. Easy to access though. I will supply black paint.
