Lounge room: 5.2m x 3.7m 3 window panes approx 2m wide Approx 1.5m folding doors (not to be painted) Trim is to remain white Ceiling height approx 2.4m One wall has a wall heater approx 2m high x 40cm wide Bedroom: 4m x 3.7m Has one window approx 1.5m wide Has a built in wardrobe approx 2.7m wide x 2m high not to be painted Trim is to remain unpainted Both rooms will be unfurnished.
