I need help painting a few bedrooms. I'm paying $30 per hour for a full 8 hour day. Note that I don't need a quote for the full job from start to finish. I simply want help for 8 hours. Ideally needs to be completed this Thursday or Friday 16th or 17th December ahead of our carpet being installed.

I need someone to sand back the joins on plaster walls so that I can paint. 2 large rooms and small powder room. Floor plan is an open 90m2

2 areas of damage under eaves, 2 damaged areas around window and one floorboard.

Ok so a small job but you do need a big ladder to reach. First part of the job is just to re attach a section of quad that’s come partially loose from a section of eve on our roof. Will just need you to go up high on a ladder then literally lift and affix the section of quad that has come away where it meets the eve/ side of tiles. Doesn’t need to be perfect- just needs to be back in place. Second part of the task is also small but again needs the ladder up fairly high- it’s a very small section of fascia board that has some rot just right at the end of it- probably only 4 cm x 4 cm patch that needs a clean out, a fill with some bog and then a paint. We have the bog and the paint. Obviously the bog would have to dry before you can paint so maybe bog first then do the quad re attachment then come back and paint the bog. Need done in the next three days thank you. Will include a couple of beers after the job! :)

We need to sand and stain our decking. It’s around 5x5 square metres roughly. Deck is made of merbou and hasn’t been stained before.

We have various small jobs - door, window and wall related - required urgently in order for to ready our house to go on the market. Included are: -Replace 3 broken and unmatched interior door handles with new ones matching others in house -Replace 2 broken interior wardrobe latches - Repair and paint weather-damaged exterior window sill and nearby weatherboards - Fill nail holes in and paint small exterior wall section - we may come up with some other things Budget is estimate as may not take as long or could take longer. We will do our best to source materials. We have paint and painting equipment if required for that part of the job.
