Hi, I need to remove paint stains and marks from walls. These marks are from kids colouring in walls with permanent markers and causing paint stains on walls. You may need to paint over the stains on the walls. There is mould on a couple of spots in the ceiling (as per pictures) that needs to be removed.

Newly erected rendered block wall fence across front of our home needs painting - Due date: Before Friday, 3 November 2023

We have a 12m x 2m breezeway between the house and the retaining wall - under the deck of our house. We require someone to remove all items from the area and clean the floor, the top of the retaining wall (this is mostly a dirt area) and the "ceiling" which is the under-side of the deck and includes some pipes. We have a 20m fence that needs painting front and back. We started, but we don't have time to finish it. We are painting it black - we have the fence paint here and some rollers, but they are not great for getting between the panels. A spray may be ideal, but we want to ensure there is no overspray back onto the house. The timing is flexible. - Due date: Flexible

I’ve got @36LM of skirting board in my apartment that has to be painted (semi gloss). These are new boards so may need some gap filler as well. There are a few scratches and I have used Dupil paint and clear coat to hide the scratches a little bit temporarily, but the patch is still visible, the two areas still need to be repaired. Seems the colors do not match. (Now we have got a bottle of touch-up paint mixed by Supercheap Auto. Color should be a better match. Looking for 4 People to come and paint the lattice around the base of our house this Wednesday. There are 13 Panels of Lattice that need to be painted with 2 coats each We estimate this to be a full day worth of work for each person We will supply the paint and brushes etc We will be home working on other parts of the house so will be there to ask questions / supervise This is the perfect job for 4 friends who might be at uni or wanting to earn extra money to roll up their sleeves! I have painted the exterior of my house as far as I can reach. I now need someone who is able to provide professional painting and has a ladder who can reach the areas where I can't at second story level. I will provide the paint (one colour). Currently have 3-4 litres. One coat should suffice. From the photos of the back of the house, everything that is "pink" needs painting. At the front, only the guttering and decorative panel on the apex need painting in the one colour. In addition to this main task, there are three x canopies over side windows that should be painted.
