Prepare (mainly clean) and paint exterior weatherboards of house rear side second floor. The condition of the paint is good, it's not peeling or cracking. But it needs a good clean first. Paint under eaves. Remove dirt and spiderwebs first. Paint under eaves at the front of the house. The area above garage is 2 storeys high. Note:Colour will be dulux Colourbond classic cream. If it looks good after 1 coat, that is fine, otherwise 2 coats required. If the paint is not thin, 1 coat is generally enough. Previous owner painted in the balcony area in a pink colour, I suspect 2 coats may be needed there. But that's easy to paint, no big ladders required.

The high sections of the house need painting ie those bits that are at gutter, roof or above roof height. I can manage the other bits that are more accessible. There are three main colours as indicated by the marked up images. The gables. Eaves and facias will need a light sand and wipe down before painting two coats of quality Dulux paint. I’ll supply the paint. All three sides of the house including four windows and eaves. And the facias and barge boards at the back should be included. Guttering does not require painting nor do the down pipes. Front windows do not require painting as I will do these myself (however you may include these in your quote if your wish). Easy access any day of the week.

I painted my room white a few months ago all by myself and did a great job, but I just need it back to it’s original colour (which is a pale yellow). There is only 1 full wall and the other 2 have a big windows on them! I also just want to touch up the roof as I had lights around and it pealed the paint. I am also a University student so I don’t have a big budget that’s also why I painted myself, but I am not always home now during the week and don’t have the time.
