Find an experienced local painter in Kangaroo Point

Just moving into our new place in kangaroo point and wanting a fresh coat of paint. Ceilings (2vj), walls, doors, & trimmings etc. Some gaps in vj's need filling but pretty good mostly. 2 bedrooms, dining, bath, living rooms etc - floor plan in photos. We have a window from the 2nd - 27th may to have this done, should be a day or twos effort?

There is a small chip on the front door of my apartment unit. White in colour. Minor. Just needs a touchup

Between concrete floor and wall are small gaps that need to be sealed with waterproof silicone sealant. Must be a natural white colour. Total 4 rooms and a hallway.

2 internal timber doors with glass inserts need to be installed. they have been primed and just need a coat of paint each. Door handles to be attached

Need a 6m church pew, 1 round table sanded and estapol and 6 chairs re-oiled.

2 internal doors need replacing. Need a coat of paint Already have been primed. Hardware to be attached. Doors are actual size no alterations required

I am taking ownership of an apartment that will need a clean before being painted the following day. Clean will include inside all the cupboards and bathroom as well. It will require either a high ladder/platform etc to get the painting done We have had this work one previously but now want to apply a new colour scheme. 20 steel security bars off of my house need to be spray painted with gloss white topcoat (2 coats). The bars have already been removed, sanded back and primed. Some of the bars will need to be rubbed back to get rid of some run marks in the primer. These can be picked up from the house in kangaroo point and dropped back when complete. I will supply 4L of Dulux metalshield for the job. Experienced spray painters only.

I have a very small job and need help! I need 2x mirror solid timber frames repainted in a white spray or powered coat. I have completed my lease and I'm moving out of my unit on the corner of Paton Street and River Terrace, Kangaroo Point. I have about 10 small paint chips which need to be fixed and one larger area of about 70cm x 50cm (see photo). I had arranged a painter for this morning but he's been delayed and I need it completed today preferrably. I've put down masking tape on the windows/floors and around the electrical plug and I've sanded already sanded the area. I have the exact paint match from the original paint when the building was built, roller, rolling tray, drop cloths etc ready to go. I just need someone to apply the paint as I'm concerned I won't do it properly and I don't want to mess it up as I'm out of time (inspection is tomorrow at 9:30). Could anyone help please?
