We have about 20 m2 of black butt deck(facias, walls, steps, deck edges & corners) which needs to be sanded (random orbital sander)(removing existing deck stain) and cleaned ready for oil. I have a new silver top ash deck. Because of the wet weather, the traders have left muddy footprints all over the deck. I need the deck cleaned, with a light sanding and then sealed with a non toxic oil (natural products preferably) I would also like spare oil, so that I can give it 2 or 3 more coats. The deck is approx 4x10m plus two small platforms on either side. - Due date: Flexible

I require an externally facing door to be painted with weather type oil paint and an internal laundry room to have three coats of paint.

2x windows approx. 2.5 meters long and 70cm wide. They have fine black flecks of paint on them as the neighbors spray painted their fence black. We need to have them cleaned. They are on the ground floor but high up, small ladder may be required. Can be cleaned on a Tuesday or Thursday as someone will be home.

I require the painting of 2 wooden pailing fences in my backyard. Total length is approximately 30 meter and height ranges from 1.8 to 2 meters. I have 2 spray painters and the paint. One coat only required. Will need to protect the spray paint from hitting neighbors properties by holding cardboard at the top of fence. The area is clear of any trees. Along the fences runs a retaining wall but plenty of room for a ladder if required. I also have a short ladder.

Sand back platform of stairs, 16 stairs in total and balustrade, ready for painting.
