Hi! I've just purchased a 2 storey townhouse and I'm looking for a painter to paint the interior walls (and possibly ceilings and internal doors). The property is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom. All walls will be painted the same colour (no feature walls), and I can supply the paint (Dulux). The townhouse will be empty during the painting process. I'm also going to be reflooring after the painting, so minimal drop sheets required. I'd be very grateful for a quote and can supply more information upon request. I'm best contacted via email. Repaint the entrance to a house which has a double storey void so the total height is approximately 5.5m. Ceiling has minor water damage so a plaster board joint will need to be repaired and touch up paint to that section. The three walls to be repainted also go from the floor to the 5.5m high ceiling and have a total area of approximately 40 square metres. Colour is to be the same as existing (white) and this will be supplied by me. One wall (approximately 9m2 will be a feature (grey) wall. There are one or two minor cracks to be filled and sanded but nothing major.

Need interior room painted white, including skirting boards but not the ceiling or trim around ceiling. Paint will be provided. Room dimensions approx. 6.0m x 5.5m.

I have purchased the paint so I just need a Tradesman to do the work. 3 bedrooms, study, bathroom, lounge, kitchen and hallway- not a large home
