We are renovating our home and require painting of most walls of kitchen, bedroom x2, staircase, laundry, living and dining area. All plastering to be complete by builder. Renovation should be complete by end of May and would like painting to be complete around this time. Would also like whole exterior paint of our 2 story home, scaffolding required for the sides.

I'm needing some plastering done on my ceiling and cornices. There are some large cracks in the ceilings and gaps in the bathroom and bedrooms. One of the bedroom ceilings may need painting as the crack is a metre long . Please see pics attached. Many thanks.

Caulking exterior walls. Two-story townhouse. You will need a ladder suitable for reaching the two-story building. I will instruct the location to caulk. It should take less than 30 min. I will supply the silicon.

Approx 120m2 square empty house. 4 bed and small room off main. Off white single coat to cover over hand prints and some patches to walls and floor skirting. No need for ceilings, doors, bathroom or kitchen. Goal is quick and good enough rather than perfect. Happy to provide matched paint or discuss supply. Must be self insured.

Want the house to be scraped back to the grey/wood and remove all white paint It is peeling off etc Time consuming etc I get that. I scraped a lot off flat out for an hour it’s manual labour fyi

Need the job that’s been started to continue. As you can see the back of the house photo I scraped did an hour non stop and got that much off, most of the paint is coming off easily as it’s flaking. Don’t have ti scrape off the areas where it is on completely (high up where the sun isn’t on the house I think the paint doesn’t require to be scraped if it is on solid. Please remove the paint (scrape) I have scrapers and gloves if needed. You will need a ladder 🪜 Thank you ☺️ .

Paint a section of gutter around 10mts long, on the second storey which can only be accessed via the ground (so will need a very long ladder). Paint supplied.

Painting of the front and back of our home and one bedroom.

Internal painting required, living/kitchen, two stairways, 2 bedrooms, hallway and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms. White walls and white semigloss trims/doors. More of the size of an apartment but with two hallway stairs. Property will be empty so no furniture in the way. Flexible on timing before 30th March latest. There are 36 casement windows in our Queenslander that need to be repaired (some close, some don’t / loose putty on outside and/or inside / paint is breaking off). Looking for someone who can take on this job and work their way through the windows. You will need to use your own tools but we can supply the paint. Interested to get a quote bec I have no idea about the price. EDIT: The job will also involve sanding & repainting the window frames & sills. All windows located upstairs in a double storey QLDer. Casements have varying measurements - most are 1200mm high & 900mm wide with a few narrower and 3 wider. - Due date: Flexible
