The two front windows paint is bubbling a bit. It needs a touchup (probably sand it back a bit and then touch it up). Paint and ladder are provided. Colour black. Paint one coat only walls (no ceiling) antique white to refresh rental accommodation. The task location is at kogarah nsw 2217. Flexible can be done either next week 5 or 6 August. Just for Labour.

Require one coat of paints * antique white only for internal walls 2 bedrooms, hallway and lounge and kitchen. The job is at kogarah nsw 2215. Existing wall colour is antique white. Walls are concrete no patching required. Either I pay labour only for 2 day or supply and fix. Painting to be done next week 5 or 6 August. Task is at kogarah nsw not Victoria.

Looking for someone to sand, undercoat and paint the fascia of a weatherboard house (see attached photo - the fascia area to be painted is circled). Task includes: - sand and prep area for painting - apply undercoat - apply two coats of paint Paint colour needs to be the same colour as existing fascia paint colour. Some damage done by a now resolved leak issue. May be able to sand & paint without needing to replace plaster. Also some timber around the window sills that needs repairing. Small amount of caulking also needed. Will provide paint. Thanks

We have a small cubby house that was painted about 2-3 years ago. It’s is really dirty and needs to be washed down and then re-painted with white paint. You will need to supply the paint. Just a low gloss, vivid white outdoor paint. Needs to be done this Friday (as it’s going to rain until then and we have a kids birthday party on Sunday).
