Hi my husband and I are looking to paint our whole house we did start but we don't have a lot of time. We want all walls painted all floor skirting all framing/skirting around doors windows etc. We want sliding door and window frames painted which is aluminium. Basically we want the whole house painted. We eventually want the ceilings painted as well but need to wait until my husband has done the electrical work. We could maybe organise ceilings to be done at a later date on negotiation. Not willing to pay complete price upfront as want to make sure the job is done to satisfaction. PLEASE NOTE it does have some wear and tear wood filler will be needed as well as puddy and sanding we want a professional job. There are some gaps holes/ missing pieces in the skirting which we would want fixed too. We are happy to provide paint as we know what colours we want as long as you tell us how many litres we need. It is only a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit so not a very big space. I have attached photos of some of the wear and tear there Is quite a lot of it. Have also taken photos of the sliding door and one section of window frames that I believe are aluminium as we want those painted as well as walls, floor skirting and door skirting etc. We have to wait until after settlement for this job to be done so starting on around the 16th of July.

Professional Painter required. Needing full interior of 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home painted. All interior surfaces- ceilings and walls same colour mat paint. All woodwork and doors semi gloss. --- Will need a minimum 2 coats (dark feature walls- see pics- may need more to cover). House will not be furnished for convenience of painting.
