In preparation for getting ready for our house for sale we would like the interior of our house painted: 3 x bedrooms, 1 x lounge dining, 1 x inside of small outside studio (walls and ceilings). No fancy architraves, just straight corners. Please note the 2 x areas attached to the stairs are outside. We are also considering painting the outside so will welcome quotes for both inside and out. The floorplan does not have the size but the overall size is about 60m2. We will supply better photos but I've attached one of the lounge area wall for now. Please note the house is furnished so we will need to move the furniture into the centre of each room and cover with a tarp. We are happy to help do this. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 13 December 2023

Hello I need a 3 bed 2 bath interior painting of a house done please. Two coats of both walls and ceilings plus skirting boards. Attached is a diagram of the house and some photos of the interior. Ceiling white plus a neutral wall colour. Bathrooms will need anti mould paint. House is a rental and currently vacant. My impression is that Matt overbooks jobs which results in delays, poor communication a paint job that lacked quality in some areas as there are patches I will need to rectify myself. Initial communication was great however as he tried to juggle jobs, communication was a struggle and adhering to time commitments became a problem . Matt claimed the walls needed three coats however I disagree.
