Require a handy man with experience in tiling and painting.

Need the entire front of house rendered a specific Taubmans shade, including wall to the left of the front door. Any questions, please ask. Can do any time over next few weeks

We require someone to clean an external ground floor rendered wall (it is white). Will most likely require hand scrubbing in places, however, the render can not be treated too abrasively, otherwise it will come off, so open to your professional suggestions on the best method, and solutions/chemicals, to use. It will cope with a light high pressure washer, but anything too strong can also remove the render. I have a commercial grade pressure washer with a low pressure nozzle available for use if required. A ladder may be required to get to the higher parts of the wall. There is about 20m of wall, but there are numerous windows and a water tank, so I expect it to be a half day job at the most. Would also like the window frames cleaned at the same time please, but the windows themselves, are not necessary. *** Can be flexible with dates to be completed ***

Paint the interior walls and ceiling and some external walls. Small old home with 2 bedrooms and a study. Approx 12 - 15 squares (I think). We just moved in so there will be furniture.
