Painting of the front and back of our home and one bedroom.

We’re renovating downstairs and are at the painting stage. We will provide the paint but require a professional to do a great job. The space is below legal height so not huge walls. I have attached a picture of the floor plan and some accompanying pictures. Feel free to come have a look or ask any questions. - Due date: Flexible

4 - 6 pieces of dollhouse furniture need to be varnished with 4 layers of a spray varnish. The 4 lighter pieces are raw timber. The two darker ones will need to be spot-tested. I believe they are only stained and can be varnished but it depends on the test. One could test on the base or the back of the dark bookcases. Furniture and spray need to be picked up and returned by Friday, April 7. You may need to buy a second spray can which I will pay for. If the darker bookshelves can be varnished I will straightaway increase the price to $250. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 7 April 2023

Wood (rails etc) on exterior of 2 storey house sanded back and repainted.

Want to get my house painted. It’s a raised queenslander in Coorparoo. Will need sanding prior to painting.

Require appropriate handyman/painter to patch up and paint over a couple of areas due to removing furniture or old baby proofing that needs to be removed. Photos attached. We have the white paint under the house

Have started painting and am running put of time. Would love someone to help with a full day especially with work up ladder (I am too short!). Flexible with days but would prefer in the next week

Three bedrooms , ensuite , bathroom , a few builtins , lounge, dining, small kitchen , garage , small low stairwell . No prep in perfect condition . Two coats ceilings , walls , doors and trims .One feature wall .All ceilings white .All walls lexicon half , doors and trims white gloss enamel .

I am after a paint job for all internal walls, ceilings, trims, doors of my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse. -3 bedrooms -2.5 bathrooms - small landing - small laundry - living room - dining room - staircase The walls are currently painted yellow and blue so will need to be prepped. 2 coats of paint please.
