Hi, Looking for someone to remove skirting from bottom floor of house without damaging walls/gyprock and take away skirting. The skirting is partly incorporated into current tiles so might need to be chiselled off (see images) See images/ floorplan. Thanks

G’day , Had leakage in kitchen area . Now leakage is fixed but need to give touch up to the roof of Kitchen . ( inside the house ) .
