Find an experienced house painter in Eltham

Painting the timber on the outside of our brick house. I have 3/4 finished painting the outside of our house. The eaves still need doing and some timber out the front. Also one bit of timber has had some exposure and needs some builders bog etc. Single story but front has high ceilings. A little bit on the deck roof still to go that I couldn’t quite reach. I am looking for a painter to paint the interior walls of my bathroom. The existing colour is white but I would like to add a slightly darker colour to the side walls, leaving the ceiling white. As the ceiling will remain white I need someone who has a meticulous hand and can offer the crisp, clean, straight lines. There are two bathrooms and one powder room. I have included a floorplan to see the dimensions of the walls (not ceiling). I will provide the paint. Image included is to show colour pallet and finish requested, it is not the actual bathroom. Hi We finished some renovations before covid. Made a dent on the painting, then got to busy to complete it all. We will provide the paint. We need the following completed, 1. 3x9 kitchen ceiling (already painted however looks patchy and will require another coat) 2. 4 doors and their surrounds painted 3. 2 bedrooms (3x3) 4. 2-4 Small patches we’ve missed 5. 7m of eaves (easily accessible) - Due date: Before Monday, 12 December 2022

FRONT HANDRAILS & BALUSTRADE - PAINTING The handrails and balustrade timbers at the front steps and verandah are to be repainted. There is one area of soft timber near the top of the steps which will be dug out, filled and sanded. Rust stains from baluster screws will be primed with a kill rust primer before the timbers are painted with exterior grade colour matched paint. FRONT VERANDAH DECK The front deck (approx 10m x 1.2m) is to be cleaned and sealed. The deck boards will be pressure cleaned, scrubbed and pressure cleaned again before two coats of Haymes Dexpress Jarrah coloured sealer is applied. PICKET FENCE RAILS The picket fence next to the front gate has three rotting rails. These will be removed and replaced with pre-painted treated pine rails. The longer run picket fence which reached out to the will have one rail added underneath the rotted top rail. That top rail will be left in place. SIDE GATE The side gate does not close, It hits the post at the top and has clearance at the base. The top hinge will be unscrewed and moved over for the gate to clear the post and close correctly. REAR DECK & PATHWAY PAVERS The rear deck is to be cleaned and sealed. The deckboards will be pressure cleaned, scrubbed and pressure cleaned again before having two coats of HAYMES Dexpress JARRAH sealer applied. Whilst the deck is being pressure cleaned, the concrete pathway pavers at the rear and side of the house will be pressure cleaned. LETTERBOX The customer is purchasing a new letter box to be installed on top of the existing post. New self adhesive numbers and letter for the box should also be purchased for installation. The new letter box will be bolted to the flange on the existing post and have the new letters stuck on the front. As an option, the post can be repainted to match the new letter box. GARAGE CEILING PAINTING one coat PRESSURE CLEAN THE HOUSE outside of house REAR PERGOLA TIMBERS - CLEANING may need a coat of paint - Due date: Before SUNDAY 24 April 2022

I am doing a light renovation on our fixer-upper house in Eltham. Looking for someone who can help me for 5 hours tomorrow. Mostly putting final coat on top of base coat. Hi. I am looking for someone to paint my house in Eltham. It is a 4Br house with a rumpus room downstairs. The whole house inside out needs to be painted as the house is under renovation now. Painting the full exterior, weatherboards, trims, windows and the posts of the deck and carport. Paint brick wall - 1 side wall is brick, front is new primed weatherboards, other side and back are cedar boards. Please pre clean/pressure wash and fill gaps in the boards before painting (if needed) Weather boards need filling over the nails. Prime house and 2 coats of dulux silkwort, paint posts/trims in a 1/2 timeless grey and windows vivid white. Happy if you can get paint cheaper through a supplier or happy to provide paint for you - whichever is easiest. House is approx 12m x 6m single story
