Require the new house modifications below to be painted (paint supplied). 1) Paint architraves around glass sliding door (1800mm wide and each side 2400mm high) 2) Paint/stain timber piece (1800mm long) and small piece beading at the base of new sliding door 3) Paint new bi-fold door (all sides and door jamb & architraves) (approx 1500mm wide x 2100mm high) 4) Paint soffit & cornices above glass sliding door (approx 1800mm x 500mm) 5) All prep including bogging up some holes and sanding Price negotiable

Finish a paint job. Wall cabinets being painted. 2/3rd's complete. Just need to finish it up and basic clean up.

We had some paintings hanging on the walls. We recently removed them, which cleared some of the painting from the walls. Small surfaces.
