You will need to supply tools and drop sheets and will also need to patch five small holes from where exiting lights were removed (approx 10cm) (see two chandelier lights in living room photo which have been removed also in kitchen) The entire unit consisists on kitchen, dining, lounge, 2 bdr, laundry, toilet and bathroom and is approx. 95m2. We have had some renovations done on our shop in Hastings and are looking for someone to paint a couple of walls that have been re-plastered as well as an external toilet and door.
