Hey guys, I have a property services business that gets a lot of patching work. Looking for someone to complete this for me as well as majority of our future works. Looking for someone or a crew that can patch and paint. Not looking for someone that does the one. JOB DETAILS PATCHING - Around 11 ceiling holes from electrical work (Some of the areas on the ceiling were attempted to be patched by the sparky, she wants them re-done properly) - 1 wall patched PAINTING - Ceiling patches to be primed and spot painted with ceiling paint. - Wall to be colour matched and painted Please let me know of a time you can attend tomorrow to complete the job.

Air conditioner has leaked into ceiling and damaged the gybrock. Looking to have it replaced. Roughly 3x3m upstairs on the landing area. We would like it Prepared and ready for painting, however no painting required. Price is including labour and materials The ceiling is 3/4 over the landing and 1/4 over the staircase

Front door has been painted in clear varnish and has cracks I it. I would need to have the door sanded back and then painted in a little darker shade. The mail box needs too be sanded and repainted. There’s 3 decorative wooden strips above the eaves. Hi, I have a bull bar for a Nissan Patrol. It’s previously been powder coated black but the paint work looks old and tired. I’d like to spray in polar white - with a proper finish ie. proper paint not cans of paint… with a proper gloss finish too (baked)? The bull bar is made of steel - it’s currently off my vehicle and I am happy to help prepare it but would need guidance - it’s has a couple of rust spots so I can treat these if it helps to keep the cost down.
