Set a small gyprock wall and built in robe. wall and ceiling to set where original wall was moved. 2m x 2.5 wall. 1 external and 4 internal corners. 5 meters of cornice. No cornice inside robe. all materials supplied if required. External corners already fitted. happy to do the final sand. Clean and paint verandah approx 2m x 2m and steps and also clean and paint path and steps in front area of house. Plus repaint /retouch back steps at back of house. Preferable clean with gurney first. Paint just the blue areas of the deck and steps pathway and steps. Verandah is a small area and path not very long. Price inc u buying paints (bunnings nearby) Steps require some plant overgrowth to be removed..

Experienced painter required to paint small farm cabin in Kilkivan. 30 minutes from Gympie or 90 minutes from Maroochydore. Approx 90sqm of VJ panels and 40sqm of ply ceiling to be stained. Two timber and glass paneled doors to be stained, two timber cavity sliders to be painted and 5 timber louvre window frames to be sanded and painted. Paint and stain to be supplied by you. Gap ceiling required. 4wd or all wheel drive required to access property.
