Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

We need the ceiling in our living room painted white, approx 7 m * 5 m. Will need a good ladder for one area above the stairs.

I have already sanded the deck railing with a course sandpaper, and now it needs to be sanded with a fine sandpaper and then painted. I have a belt, sander, small sander and all the paint gear ready to go. I estimate it’s a 2 to 3 hour job. Sections of a living room wall and entrance ans staircase sides have to be painted in Wattyl id advanced white internal wall paint. They are at present a cream color and holes have been puttied and sanded. Total wall area about 36 square metres. The job will require putting masking tape and drop sheets to protect the polished floor and windows etc. Window trims and ceiling edge pieces to be painted with the same white. I'm looking for someone who can stain my merbau deck which was laid two months ago. The tanins and wood stains are just about out of it in the last two months and now I feel it's ready for staining. I want someone who knows what they're doing to apply a premium water based stain that will bring out the rich colours of the merbau wood. I will buy the stain separately that you recommend to me from Bunnings. All stainless screws have been countersunk into the deck and I'm told it doesn't need sanding however, happy to take some expert advice if you know better. We have recently painted our roof a darker colour and I'd now like our concrete driveway painted a similar colour. I estimate there is about 60square metres of concrete to paint. I'm looking for someone with experience in painting concrete driveways to do this task. I have access to a high pressure cleaner and would supply all the paint required. I'm really looking for someone who can do the labour and carry out the work. UPDATE: Images added, the first image shows the roof colour now that I want the driveway to match. Hi David. I see you have a lengthy experience in doing floors. I have a post war Qld home with 3 bedrooms-440x330 rooms- 310x320, 330x280. I would like to get the floors sanded and sealed. Floors underneath are 70mm wide hoop pine tread. I will remove furniture and the carpet prior. But have to do one room at a time. I am at Ferny Hills North side Brisbane. What would you think this may cost? I haven't set the price for a budget as I'd rather have a quote first. Date wise, prior to the last week of March is best.

I will be painting our cubby house together with the kids as a summer project but want to cut down on the effort by outsourcing the prep work. Not sure if will need washing and/or sanding prior to painting, but looking for someone who can do whatever work is required to get it ready to paint. Advice on best approach welcome.
