This includes: Walls, timber window frames (8) of various sizes, rafters that can be seen from the eaves, 4 brick posts which the carport sits on, and finish off exterior patio (colourbond) the underside to be painted and 2 posts (colourbond) 3 sides of the house are previously painted brick and one side is exposed brick. The house is 1959 typical cottage that you would find in Scarborough-Doubleview area, one story home. I would like a fixed quote. The gutters and roof has been recently painted. The house sits on limestone blocks, I am open to pressure washing these or painting them which ever looks best. I am open to flexible timeframes, essential to have the facade done soon (within the month), but happy to wait until October to do other walls.
