Need assistance selecting exterior balcony tiles + a few exterior paint colours.

Need external tiles cleaned of all paint and dirt

Rendering required for the outside of our home. The side patio (both sides) is the most severe works needed area, it is roughly 9 metres (total) x 50cms, and roughly 3-4 other small areas that have begun to crack that require minor render patch works. Pls see attached photos. For one of the minor patch areas a tall ladder is required to reach the area - 5/6 metres high. I am aware the price will be higher, so please quote accordingly.

We require the outside of our clinic painted it currently is dark grey and has tile which we would like to paint white.

We require the exterior of our new home painted and would like this done early April. We can organise the exact date closer to as we are flexible. Would like to lock the job in now and would like it spray painted to keep the cost down.
