Inside: Inside of unfurnished vacant home to be painted/repainted including any prep for smooth finishes. Its a 3 Bedroom, 1 bathroom home (bathroom does not need painting) with a rumpus. Rumpus has some walls and ceiling with new sheeting. Also has a brick wall and besser block walls that need water based paint. 2 bedrooms and stairwell also have new wall sheeting. The rest of the home needs repainting except the bathroom and toilet room. Front door on outside needs sanding then repaint. Outside: Top of deck bulastrades Deck floor A timber panel 25cm high that runs along the two long sides if the house needs sanding then painting. A small panel wall needs sanding and painting A few flaky spots outside also need repairing with sand and paint. I am need a onsite attendance for a detailed quote.
