I'd like to creat some walls to close off a new bedroom. The walls need to be plastered and the room will need new flooring. Size of flooring is approx 5x5 meters. Frame and walls is approx 12m2 in total.

Paint dining room and skirtings and hall , entrance. All paint and brushes will be supplied , this is for painting only $200 for approx 4 hours of work.

I have a small 6m2 deck that needs re-oiling. And a wooden lounge and small table

Please find the details below and it should cover it all, if any more questions, comment below - It’s a 3 bed, 2bath, 1 garage (1 extra powder room) townhouse, and I need a complete internal painting done before we move in. - It is an established property of 11 years old and current paint is totally fime except the usual wear and tear with tenants living in over time and I am just trying to get a fresh look before we move in, it’s more like a repaint job. - I have attached a picture of living room for reference of paint color and I am happy with the same paint color to be repainted all over the house and not looking for any changes or additions there - I would require a professional painting of all the walls and ceilings of all the internal areas you see in attached floor plan with measurements (hallway, living, dining, kitchen, bathroom, toilets, garage) along with Doors, frames, staircase railing. - Would also require patching or repairing any minor cracks/dents we already identified on the walls - Exact dates are not clear for Me yet but ideally we want the job done before May 5th. But It may postpone if we decide on some other tasks for the house, before getting the painting done. But happy to lock in an offer and flexible with dates, should that happen - If the job be done before May-2024, the house will be unfurnished and easier to paint and would require floor coverings for sure. - My budget quoted is including the paints and labour costs (all inclusive) - I am happy to book the shortlisted offers to have an in person inspection of property if needed P.S - The floor plan is of similar property in the complex, nevertheless the layout and measurements are the same. We have attempted to oil a new spotted gum deck and have ended up with terrible lap marks. Hoping to get someone to assist with sanding it back so we can recoat properly Deck size 3 x 10m

The sun burnt fading hood to be spray painted in that trade mark Subaru blue to match the existing body colour.

2x3 bathroom ceiling sand and repaint

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

The house is approximately 80square metres with a 32 square metre front verandah which will need the ceiling painted and the posts painted. There are two places where a TV bracket and cupboard mounting brackets have been that will need to be repaired by filling the holes. The house is about 20 years old and has all aluminum windows. It will need some minor patching where paint has peeled. One coat of washable paint ( white) on all walls and ceilings, all doors and trims in gloss white, and veranda posts down pipes etc in color to match existing color. I will need to replace a couple of doors first. This job is at Cedar Creek 4207 on the South side of Brisbane, not Samford Valley that the program has defaulted to.

We need the ceiling in our living room painted white, approx 7 m * 5 m. Will need a good ladder for one area above the stairs.

Paying touch up required at 4 places as the paint has come off while taking the nails. We have the paint but not the brush

I’m after a large hole in our wall plastered. Approximately 40cm x 25cm round. No paint required.
