Find an experienced local painter in Edgecliff

Unfortunately have a stain in my table (Old Elm Timber) which is unpolished. Need help removing the stain and to apply a natural hard wax. It occurred 2 weeks ago, I thought it was water / would have dried but it hasn’t, so could mean it may have been an oil based stain.

The walls and ceiling in a small bathroom (2x2m) need a paint refresh. Some parts require a bit of sanding and filling (see photos). I can supply the paint. Apartment building in Edgecliff. Can arrange for temporary above ground parking I would prefer a qualified painter if possible. Thank you.

Adhesive clips have stripped off the original cream/off white paint and as it’s a rental property I am looking for a cosmetic correction, so bond can be returned. We need our bathroom door post professionally painted, in ivory colour. There is some damage on the one side and rust spots on the other (the rust is a result of leaking, but the leak has been repaired).
