Paint existing colourbond fence insitu. 15 panels 2.4m x 1.8m. Will need high pressure clean and 3 coats - undercoat and 2 x matt black. Need to paint without totally destroying the garden please. You will need to have the equipment to do the job. Quote to indicate if paint included. Expect job will take 6-7 hours with the right equipment. Needs to be done in one day between 7am and 7pm. Two largish holes in wall need patching up don’t require painting I will be doing the painting myself

Seeking quotes to paint internals of a four bedroom house (approx 135m2) - one living/ dining space, one kitchen, one bathroom, one laundry and four bedrooms, including 7 internal doors and all trims and ceiling. Materials will be provided, successful bidder can advise me if they need any additional materials - house will be empty. Some minor patching may be required but otherwise good condition. Some darker colours on existing walls may need additional coats but most rooms are a light colour. It will be two shades of white (one for trims/ doors) and one for the walls. Depending on the duration required, it would be around 4+ days of work from 20 December. To be completed by 1 January.

Front deck is approx 10 metres by 2 metres wide spotted gum decking. I need it sanded and then two coats of sealer applied with approx half a day between the two coats.
