Timber eaves has mould that needs to be sanded and then lacquered. Property is elevated at the rear so will need some sort of scaffolding I assume.

Someone with a ladder to remove cobwebs from my ceilings and use natural based mould removing chemicals from the area over my dining table and entryway where there is a bit of water damage. It is only the ceiling in the loungeroom (main living) and the ceiling in the kitchen/ dining that I need done. Not including bedrooms or bathroom. Time best suited for job to be done is between 9-12pm. Expect it wouldn’t take more than 1-2hrs

Living room ceiling, 38 degree pitch, white colourbond needs cleaning. Probably need to have a look to quote and I’m flexible with when.

We have a big wooden deck, including a pool area with decking that we need to clean and thoroughly treat/oil. It is a bit overdue and so are looking to get this done this week (12-16 April) while we have some dry weather. Looking for someone who has good experience with wooden decks and what works best to clean, treat and protect them. Job may involve pressure cleaning or sanding to bring the finish back.
