Find an experienced deck painter in South Moreton Bay

I have a small 6m2 deck that needs re-oiling. And a wooden lounge and small table

We have attempted to oil a new spotted gum deck and have ended up with terrible lap marks. Hoping to get someone to assist with sanding it back so we can recoat properly Deck size 3 x 10m

Re-stain deck - 53sqm. Sanding not required I don’t think as original finish is quite worn but timber is smooth. Rounded nails also make sanding undesirable! Some photos so you can see the current state. I have some stain already - last photo is where I applied a bit - one coat.

I have a timber front deck/steps that was built approx 4yrs ago, now the surface is visibly weathered and I want this to look like new again. I would need someone who can sand this back and coat with correct paint and do so professionally. I want whoever accepting this job to provide me with everything (I don't have equipment to sand this deck, I don't have paint brush and I don't have appropriate coating material, not even sure what paint/coat to use). As this is outside of the house, I don't mind when this job gets done, but preferably Wed or weekend so I can be around to see you in person, but this is not a must if you have busy schedule and prefer to work when it suit you. I work full-time so not home during the week but can be home for a short period of time on Wed if prearranged. I'm unsure what is the going rate for this kind of job so I'll post it for $250 to start off with but by all means do feel free to counter offer your service rate if what I posted is far below the appropriate benchmark fee for this kind of job. I'm hoping to get some idea of what everyone's offering then pick a person based on most professionalism, experience and good reviews (cheapest offer will not necessarily be my deciding factor for picking a tasker for this job).
