We have a number of garden areas that need cleaning and oiling that we would like to get done all in one go. Flexible on which days you want to do the job, but need it done by mid-December. Quote to include all clean decking and stairs with deck clean, pressure clean, and apply 2 coats of agreed chosen oil. I’m assuming you bring all the tools, brushes, woolen deck applicator, drop sheets etc. you require to get the job done. I’d prefer if you can source the agreed deck oil etc., after we discuss and confirm product choice, and charge a sourcing fee in addition to the costs of materials from Bunnings that I will reimburse. I am after a professional company with an ABN specialising in this field for the following jobs: -Light sand and oil merbau deck (approx. 20 m2). You'll need to use your own sander. -2 coats of bamboo rejuvenator for bamboo fence (approx. 16x2m). Bamboo needs to be cleaned with a Gerni (will provide) prior to applying rejuvenator oil. Must clean up after job is completed and remove all waste from the property. Decking and bamboo oil will be provided. - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 10 December 2022

Paint out deck roof and support poles in white. Approx 50sqm

Deck has previously been oiled. Few years old. I have cleaned and sanded it but timber has fee stains. Have been advised to use oil with stain in it to cover. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 2nd Nov 2021
