Hi, we are looking for someone to restore our front timber decking 30 sq metres, including the handrails (19.5 meters long). Timing is flexible. Before March. We can provide all stain/ paint/ decking oil that is needed. Please reply with quotes as we cannot estimate. Details: The whole decking needs a sand, and either stain or oil (we can provide, but are not sure what is best). 4 planks of decking timber need replacement - we have some spare pieces that should cover it, but are open to other options. The timber is spotted gum. The handrails are made of pine fencing topper and need a more heavy sand and filler / treatment in some areas - roughly 10 metres worth. These areas are cracked and look mildewy where they have been exposed to weather and the old paint has come off. The up-posts and support posts are painted with a stain, and just need a light sand and another coat of stain. Lower fascia/ support beams need heavy sanding and staining. I've included photos of the worst damaged wood, but the majority of it is in better condition where it is protected from sun and rain. - Due date: Flexible

I’ve had drawings done up of my pool and deck and now need engineering drawings to complete my permit. We are in Eltham. - Due date: Flexible

Wanting to stop back the dark stain on my deck. It is merbau and has a dark red stain on it. I’d like to remove this and bring the original colour of the boards back. We are in Eltham north next to greensborough and Doncaster area. The deck is 10 by 4 meters I can buy what is required if you tell me what chemicals are best. No restraining required as we are adding a new deck onto this deck - Due date: Flexible

Sand and finish with natural decking oil, including colour, 50m2 flat undercover deck + 15 steps including 1 landing (exposed area). Also replace and refinish 1-2 broken boards. Refer to photos. We would like colour changed to a more grey based stain. Job to be completed any time over the next 6 weeks, flexible with dates.
