Hi! We’re moving into a new commercial building and need it painted first. The building will be mostly empty except for a few bits of furniture. The office is approx 250sqm. Happy for potential painters to come view before quoting as I understand this is a larger job. Walls are currently off white (some are blue though). We are looking for someone to do a high quality, diligent application in the next few weeks. Moreover, we aren’t at the property - so the Tasker will have to interact with tenants on the day (we will obviously align with them to make sure day/time works). We have priced to ensure a really good job. The wall is a triple brick wall, it was painted 2 years ago. However, it does have 1 large crack where the paint might need to be peeled away and sanded somewhat. Hence, there might be a small bit of prep work. The rolls should arrive in 2 weeks so maybe we will squeeze this in before Christmas, but might be early Jan. Please let us know your thoughts! - Due date: Flexible
